Ventora Medical Wins $15,000 at Graeme Clark HealthTech Innovation Challenge

Ventora Medical, in collaboration with its Melbourne Academic Centre for Health (MACH) research partners, The Royal Women’s Hospital and the University of Melbourne, has received research project funding from the Graeme Clark Institute.

The Third Annual Graeme Clark Institute HealthTech Innovation Challenge Pitch Night was held on Monday 21 October 2019 with Ventora Medical’s research project selected as one of four recipients of the Graeme Clark HeathTech Innovation Challenge Award.


The HealthTech Innovation Award was given to four projects which demonstrated a clear clinical need, conducted inter-disciplinary research and was well placed to conduct research with significant future potential.



Ventora Medical received a $15,000 grant as part of the award to foster the translation of its research with applications that will lead to improvements in health outcomes.


Ventora Medical wishes to thank the Graeme Clark Institute for its continued support of the bioengineering activities that exist across the University of Melbourne.
